My complaint:
We had an appointment for December 10, 2022 for a dismount of original TV, remount a new TV and reset up the surround system, etc.
We received our email that the tech will be out to the house between 12-8.
We called around 3:00 and Geek Squad said the tech will be there between 3-7.
8:30 rolls around and still no one, then we called again, Geek Squad was closed. Called BEST BUY customer service-on hold for over 30 minutes-then found out he couldn’t help us but will make a note to my file. Geek Squad services is Central Time so I would need to call Sunday.
Got up early to call again, they couldn’t find out why the tech didn’t show up so now it is rescheduled for Wednesday and I asked for an early appointment since my husband needs to go to work in the afternoon-she told me it would be around 8:00 and we should be receiving a call.
I asked for compensation since my husband asked for the day off and there was no communication-Geek Squad told me they don’t give out any compensation. HORRIBLE GEEK SQUAD-I would like something in return for the horrible customer service and communication

Geek Squad just rescheduled the appointment, NOT Satisified, would like some compensation
