Geek Squad complaint: Canceled Service 1 year ago and still getting charged

My complaint:

I canceled my Geek Squad that I purchased for my appliances last year because I do not live where those appliances are at….I did this 1 year ago and today got an email from Geek Squad saying they are charging my card $389.98 for this service so I called the number listed and the man told me it was for my computer…I kept telling him I have not purchased a computer from them and the service I initially had was for appliances but he kept insisting it was for a computer…he finally canceled it but if this happens again next year I will be contacting the Attorney General

Never charge me for the Geek Squad service I canceled 1 year ago
