My complaint:

I’ve been on an annual contract with GS for several years. In the past year, the GS remote access does not allow me to open it. This has been persistent. I feel I’m paying for a service and not getting it.

Suggested solution:

Allow me to open the GS remote-control page so GS can perform their computer repair service.
