My complaint:
HAVE SPOKEN TO GEEK SQUAD YHREE DIFFERENT TIMES TODAY TO GET THEM TO SET MY EPSON PICTURE PRINTER UP FOR BORDERLESS PRINTING. THEY KEEP TELLING ME ON THE CHAT SPACE THAT THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. IT IS NOT. I HAD REQUESTED EACH TIME THAT THEY CHECK WITH ME BEFORE TO CLOSE TO CASE AND THEY DO NOT. THE SAY MISSION ACCOMPLISHED BUT IT IS NOT.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS RESOLVED ? I PAY GOOD MONEY FOR 247 SERVICE AND TODAY I CERTAINLY DID NOT GET MY MONEY’S WORTH. WOULD LIKE TO TALK THE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. IF THEY HAVE ONE.
