My complaint:
I had two prior in-home appointments scheduled through Geek Squad beginning in 102922, however the issue has to be resolved after more than 20 calls. No third has been scheduled nor a replacement issued. All I have been given is the run around and bounced from one person to another. One department to another without resolution even though 2 prior visits have informed me that the sensor in the does not work and the manufacturer informed the technician to not replace the sensors, only use the manual timed mode. That, to me is not a fully functional dryer. Geek Squad has provided no resolution after so so many contacts.
