My complaint:
Second attempt by remote control to fix Canon Pixma TS6020 printerscanner to get scanner to speak to printer and PC. New Lenovo all in one desktop PC .
Agent just left me sitting there and had canceled session without closing windows during remote session. In desperation I called back and had another agent assist me. Now I’m having an agent come to my house to fix the problem and even though I have a contract I still have to pay a service charge for their inadequate procedures. Will also visit the nearby store where I purchased the PC and talk to the Geek Squad manager. Not a happy person at the moment.
Suggested solution:
Send a technician to my home and fix the problem and give me a reduced rate for doing it.
