Geek Squad complaint: Manager crossed the line

My complaint:

Had an in person consultation regarding having my old video card installed into my new DT. The service agent was polite, we made sure it would fit, he told me it would only take a couple of hours at most. I made an appt for a day I babysit my granddaughter. Brought in my DT first thing in the morning. I was the first appt on the marquee. Another nice gentlemen looked me up, said the tech I consulted with would be in later and it should take no more than a couple of hours. (This is important). I was given a piece of paper to sign with my total tech information and left

Heard nothing all day. Started to call. As many have reported the phones no longer go to your local stores. I never got through to a person until evening. They told me the paper I had was not an official ticket. There is no way for anyone to reach a particular location, including the manager. The 3rd person told me if I needed information to get in my car and go there.

Right away the manager was rude and there was a very quiet tech that looked like he wanted to go hide. I was given some excuse for everything I just said. No apology that I couldn’t reach them or had to drive there. He said I could reach them with the correct extension. I asked him if he saw that extension on the paperwork anywhere. He told me none of his people would quite a few hours. It will take 4 days. He seriously didn’t care that I wasn’t in the computer, my DT was not in inventory because they showed I missed my appt.
He told me if they could install it in 10 minutes before closed they would. Otherwise I could take my business elsewhere!!! Did I mention I have paid for Best Buy Total Tech!!!! He handed me my DT said it was installed the could not verify if it worked and please take my business elsewhere.

Suggested solution:

This Geek Squad Squad Manager should not deal with the public. Every one of his employees had better people skills. Personality training.
I’d like a manager to call me and tell me I can get repairs or I want my $ back for Total Tech
