My complaint:
i have been trying to block my all international calls and texting since August, 2022 with Freedom mobile and it was not blocked and i am being billed $71.19 for international calls which i did not make. I have been calling 647 700 2435 and i spoke to the supervisor of freedom mobile and he did not resolve this issue. I requested that i want to talk to the head of the dept. no one has called me.
Can you assist in resolving this issue. Please investigate why my request of blocking international calls was not done as all calls are recorded and monitored by Freedom mobile.
