My complaint:
Hi, I had 2 cell phone numbers with Freedom mobile ( Prepaid )
On November 21, I cancelled my one number and ported to another provider. I still have one phone number with them. My account has 73 $ Positive balance ( my money). I called customer service and asked for either refund me or transfer to my another number, they refused to do so and forfeited my all account balance, I talked even with the manager he also refused. I want my own money back.
Suggested solution:
Either refund, or transfer to second line account.
