My complaint:
Good afternoon thise is yohanesse, I am really sad and upset when I writing down my complaints,becouse I was freedom mobile customer since last 6 or 7 years .here is my complaints, last October 2020 I heard some of my closest family is in ICU in Ethiopia becouse of covid, so my family were need my help so desperately, so be for I go I went to danforth and donland freedom store to suspended my phone temporarily,I remember the guy were told me that he would suspended my phone at the end of the month, so I went to back home then when I returned back I couldn’t get my phone number back and when I called customer service they told me that my phone is canceled but I ve ussed this number since last 7 years or more .and I lost all contacts and many things .so if any one can resolve this situation I would be happy.
