My complaint:
My name is Namrata Sharma. I bought two phone from freedom mobile in June 2020. The guy told me that my plan included international calling and messaging and set up pre-authorized payment. This month when I checked my online freedom account and payment transactions I saw they’ve been charging me extra all these months. I called them and asked for reason and they said I’ve been charged for international calling. I told them it was included in the plan but they refused to give me refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund me extra charges from month- June, July, august and September
