FlightNetwork complaint: Products and services

My complaint:

I booked a flight through them and ordered 1 checked bag. It was supposed to be $53 each way. I was charged $340. They charged me for 2 checked bags and 2 carryon’s.

Suggested solution:

Refund me for 2 carryon's and 1 checked bag
