My complaint:

On June 9, 2020 Norwegian refunded the full amount to Flightnetwork for the four Fort Lauderdale – Paris tickets I had bought. Flightnetwork has never given me my money back despite repeated attempts for TWO YEARS to get in touch with them. The calls are routed to India and nobody does anything. I have the proof (provided by the airline) that the money was refunded. I am owed € 1,379.20 to this day and still no answers. The website does not even recognize my booking anymore.

By giving me my money back.
