My complaint:
Booked a flight and 2 days prior the flight was cancelled by the airline (Jetstar). I had to rebook new flights for two passengers.
I have the proof of the cancellation from the airline (SMS, email online chat with Jetstar) which has been forwarded to Flight Network numerous times.
They just keep saying I did not show up to the flight so they can not refund me the cancelled flight. I have been chasing since Dec 2022;
Suggested solution:
Issue a refund or travel voucher for the cancelled flight
