My complaint:

want to cancel my flight, but there is no contact email, no phone contact, only a live chat on the website and a slow response, waiting 20 minutes each time. What’s more, I cannot Switch interfaces, or it will disconnected. Wow…
I tried to communicate with your agent for 5 times, 5 days. every time is transfer me to other agent and never reply.
I just want to know the flight is refundable or non-refundable, and the service charge. Why so hard??
Is your company trustworthy? Can I still book a ticket at your company? Is anyone at work taking care of things????

I just cancel the flight. tell me it’s refundable or non-refundable, and do you need the service charge?
