My complaint:
I made my booking via online and paid for for change of dates/conciliation ticket plan.
When I contacted the agency office for change of my departure date, they declined to effect the date change.
Am appealing for the assistance, not to loose my business trip.
As if it happens I may need to escalate it further.
Because customer need to be treated sincerely with good customer approach in other to patronise the company again and to introduce their products for other customers

Change the departure date on my ticket,as agreed on my plan ticket.
