My complaint:
I had to cancel my mother’s flight ticket on medical grounds due to afractured leg. The airlines Vistara processed the refund immediately upon submission of medical proof. Since then it has been more than a month and FlightNetwork, through which I booked the tickets, are not refunding my money saying that they are yet to receive the refund from the airlines. On providing evidence they are instead accusing me of lying.
