My complaint:
Dear sir,
I had booked a ticket on 10th Dec 2023 from Mumbai to Bangkok departure date 25th Dec 2023 from the flightnetwork. However due to some Visa issue I need to to change my flight date from 25th Dec 2023 to 5th Jan 2024. on visiting its website it gives only two options chat and the calling number: tel:911171279371.
I had atleaest called on the above number for 50 times. some of its call I had waited in the queue for hours. when the calls are connected to the agent, Agent only says please share your order number and name please and the immediate next line is Since there is no response from the passenger need to disconnect the call. and non of my calls have been answered
Suggested solution:
by postponing my 25th dec 2023 ticket to 10th Jan 2024
