My complaint:

My original flight from Regina to Bangkok had a connection time in Vancouver of approx 90 minutes. flight was for 13 Jan 2022. 1 or 2 days later, I was informed that the connection time in Vancouver was reduced to approx 60 minutes. I expressed concern, they replied it should be fine. with all the delays due to Covid, I was not convinced. I contacted them again and they agreed to cancel my flight,
a credit would be made to me which I could use within a 24 month period. I was informed that if I agreed to a handling fee, I would receive a credit. this I agreed to. their response was for me to call them. I did this on several occasions, only to be informed that I was caller number 56 or 92 or worse.
I monitored the flight departure from Regina and that flight was delayed an hour. I would have not made the connection in Vancouver to Tokyo and another connection to Bangkok. then I would have had to endure hotel and meal costs. I am getting no satisfaction whatsoever,

Suggested solution:

issue me a credit minus the handling fee
