My complaint:
Cancelled a flight with Flight Centre one year ago. Have been emailing phoning them since but we keep receiving different information and no refund has been issued yet. We were told this process would take 12 weeks but it is now a year later…. Extremely disappointed with this company.
Suggested solution:
Sort out the refund.
