My complaint:
hello, we went into flight centre hervey bay stockland where 2 ladies were sitting chatting to each other, no one else were in the shop , we wanted to make booked flights to NZ and was told we have to make a booking to see someone and the next time would be 2 days away, then one of them gets up and walked out of the shop, that is very bad , this happened on friday the 6012023, will not go there again and no way i would recommemd them to anyone.
