My complaint:
Book my flight to the US through agent at a franchise. Lock down came. My booking was open till 2022. The borders open in December 2021, but four weeks later was closed again. Ticket stayed open till January 2023.
I had my vacation in the US … Qatar airways.
Flight was book on BA, which stopped operating. Was promised a refund. The agent in the mean time left the agency and operates as an independent agent.
I’m no struggling to get my refund. Loys of excuses. How can I go about to get my refund?
