My complaint:
I was a no show from a flight from Madrid to London ( due to shocking advice from my Flight Center agent ) and so my next leg form London to Cape Town was automatically cancelled without my knowledge meaning I arrived at the airport in London and had a buy another ticket.
I am now only being offered a refund of the airport taxes, not the London to Cape Town flight that was cancelled without any communication to me. What a rip off !
Suggested solution:
I want a refund of my London to Cape Town ticket.
