My complaint:
Asked for a refund since June 2021 due to Covid as the new dates i purposed were not available as the flights were still grounded.
Flight Center does not come back to me and every time its a new excuse as i have to mail them every time.
The staff member i have been dealing with at Flight Center is Lietha Vermaas.
Suggested solution:
The need to refund me my money as is has been almost 20 months since my first request.
