My complaint:

I went to Perth with a group and Marcele was supposed to assist me with a breakaway after the event. She hardly was helpful and in that last minute made arrangement charging 12 k and R500 fee. She takes weeks to reply to emails and only made last minute plans – most convenient times and most costly. I was due to fly back to SA on 1 May and as attached she was uncontactable. I couldn’t amend my flights as it was a group booking. I already paid 14k to fly from Perth to Sydney as she would assist me to get xtra legroom. But couldn’t afford another 30 k to get home to flew squashed up resulting in severe back pain and my polycystic kidneys extremely sore . Very inconsiderate and just unpleasant and lazy action by her

Suggested solution:

Action taken against her as she wasn’t interested from day and refund of my breakaway fee 8,5 k and my xtra ticket I bought and a nights accommodation total 12 k
