My complaint:
I visited your branch today and there waited for 30mins. There were two consultants assisting. Other customers came in after me and joined the waiting list. A space became available and inspite of one of the consultants named Jonathan being aware of me waiting for a long while.. He then assisted a customer that came in after me. When I approached him about this he said that he did not see me..which was not true as he was in full view of me waiting. I am Indian and the customer that Jonathan Nelassisted was White.. I am very offended that a White customer was blatantly assisted before me inspite of me being ahead in the queue.
Suggested solution:
I am looking to Flightcentre to resolve this act of racism.
