My complaint:

The hotel which the flight centre agency recommended to me didn’t have many of the amenities that they advertised online. I have questioned why they approved this property for clients with no answer or solutions.
During my stay I had no access to a restaurant, bar or room service, the wifi was intermittent and the TV quality was certainly not HD. The breakfast menu advertised certain things which they could not provide and the property had ongoing maintenance during my stay. ( The door didn’t work upon arrival, plug in the basin kept getting stuck and the attachment in the shower was coming loose from the wall)
I have still not received any solutions for my complaints or any follow up.

Suggested solution:

At the very least discount me for my stay because I paid for amenities that I never had access to during my stay at the best western zanzibar.
