FiveM has no phone line and no consumer service desk, and we have no phone number, email address or website for it in our data. Support runs through the official FiveM and Cfx.re help pages and the community forums, where account, key and platform level problems are picked up by staff and moderators. Sign in with the account the problem relates to and keep every reference number you are given.

For anything that happened inside a server, FiveM is the wrong address: servers are run by independent owners, so bans, purchases, donations and the behavior of server staff are handled by that server's own admins, usually through their Discord. Treat any phone number or private account presenting itself as FiveM support as a scam.

First work out which kind of ban you have. A server ban affects that one server and only its owner can lift it: the route is that server's Discord or its own appeal page, with the date, your in game name and what you were doing at the time. A platform level ban from Cfx.re blocks you everywhere and comes with a ban identifier: that one is appealed through the official Cfx.re support route, quoting the identifier and the reason you were given.

Keep the appeal short and factual, do not open a second account while it is running, and save the ban message, your clips and your screenshots before they disappear. Reports about servers that break the platform rules go to Cfx.re rather than to the server owner: stolen or leaked assets, malicious scripts, selling things the rules do not allow and content that breaks the terms are all platform matters. Collect the server name and identifier, the date and time, screenshots or clips and any payment records, then submit the report through the official support route.

A disagreement with an owner about a donation or an in game purchase is not a rules violation on its own, so keep the two things separate in what you send. That money almost never went to FiveM. Donations, priority queue slots and in game items on a FiveM server are sold by the server owner, usually through a store platform such as Tebex or straight through a payment provider, so the refund route is the owner and the payment provider rather than the platform. Ask the owner in writing first, quoting the order number, the date and what was promised.

If the owner blocks you or the server disappears, open a dispute with the payment provider while your window is still open and attach the store page, the Discord messages and the receipt.
