My complaint:
Dropped off the caravan with a code and they said if you don’t “repair it you won’t pass smog” The car was driving fine. Originally they started at $8000, then when we asked for documentation and questioned things,it dropped to $6,000,but still over priced. I guess maybe they thought we would be grateful or quiet. Shame on them for taking advantage of Hardworking customers!
Suggested solution:
They would need to contact us about the excess cost we paid. We were overcharged.
