My complaint:
I took my car to Firestone to be repaired. During the repair Firestone broke a major bolt that now requires thousands of dollars to repair. Because the damage is so acute they will need to replace a major part on the car costing thousands..
They tryed to fix the problem by weilding the part together. (which is NOT the correct way of fixing the problem) I went to Firestone for the paper work and they did not even mention the damages they caused..However, I went there personaly with a recording device and recorded the rep. stating that the bold was rusted and they broke it. I have this recorded.
They are trying to evade there liablilty. I told them that I can not take the car untill it is fixed. So they currenty have the car. I need your help because they do not want to talk to me about the matter or give me documention concerning with they had done.
But I do have the recording.
Please help… they are trying to evade responsibility.
