My complaint:
I took a vehicle to the Dothan, Alabama store to have an a/c evac and recharge done. I already had the vehicle on guages and noted the pressure was high. After they took car into bay for service I pulled into parking lot in a different vehicle to watch them. I never seen them put the car on an evac machine or recharge the system. Instead they called me and had recommendations for me to replace the water pump and timing belt/chain because it was leaking and also that my condensor fan needed replacing due to it not working. The day before this I replaced the radiator in the vehicle and removed and reinstalled the fans. They were both working fine when i completed the job. After Firestone serviced the car , I noticed the fans wer not working. I opened hood to find that the cooling fan was unplugged and the condensor fan wire was pulled out of back side of plug so it was also not working and i have a leak from the waterpump that I did not have before Firestone did their so called service. I checked my guages when i got home and seen there was nothing different about the reading it was the same as when i took car in for servicing and ac still does not work properly. I was charged for evac and recharge that i did not recieve and now my vehicle needs more repairs.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back for service and the price it takes to replace water pump and the condensor fan assembly along with any fluids and freon needed to charge my system correctly.
