My complaint:
Went for an scheduled oli change/tire rotation. Was told they can’t rotate ties because they are worn out. I said I only have 18,644 miles on them! Firestone advertisement says 70,000 mile warranty.
Suggested solution:
I would expect a new set of tires, since these are obviously bad
