My complaint:
Needed oil change, alignment, check pressure on tires and tire rotation. None of these things got done. was sitting waiting for services for over 2 hours and none was done. And best of all got charged. Not first time having issues at this location. Manager should be fired for not doing proper work and saying that services requested were done when none of them actually happen. I will appreciate if someone contact me to resolve this issue.
