My complaint:
I sent a complaint to the local Firehouse Subs on Saturday but got no response. This is the first time I’ve had to complain about an order. First, they added mayo to my order after I checked no mayo. Had to wait for them to fix another one. The sandwich was awful, looked like it was scrapes from the previous sandwich. The potato soup looked like dirty dish water, including pics.
