My complaint:
I ordered from grubhub and placed a order with firehouse subs, and order from them alot. The grubhub driver called me from the store and claimed someone else picked my food up. I spoke to the employee named Mark. I asked his title and he said worker. I asked for a supervisor and he claimed he was in charge. He claimed a woman came in and he gave her my food. I will attach pics to show a man was picking up my food and the driver called me from the store to tell me I’m getting no food that I paid for.
I told the employee that this is the stores fault. He told me to speak to the general manager on Monday. This is horrible…how you give food to someone and Mark claimed a woman had my name, which is a lie and I called grubhub who ed I was right. Mark was rude and of no assistance in resolving this issue and I told him I was gonna raise this issue and he didn’t care.
Suggested solution:
Clearly figure out who your giving food to.
