My complaint:
I came to place and order 10mins before closing they would not take my order saying that they have put up everything and stated that I was dealing wit the wrong crew saying that I couldn’t get a sandwich combo I then stated that you guys are not closed yet and still couldn’t get a sandwich an I’ve been working at restaurants all my life an the business suppose to make order up to exact closing time I’m very disappointed and hungry being that I’ve been a loyal customer to this particular location for years
Suggested solution:
(A free Footlong combo)and enforce that orders should be made until actual closing time but on the fact that they wasn\'t rude about saying no to making my sandwich no one should be fired but the manager should be questioned and teach her team members to be professional
