My complaint:
I ordered through the app for my food. I had points to get a free medium sub. It took my points and still charged me for both sandwiches. I’ve been trying to resolve this and no one seems to care. I going to go online and get a bad complaint. Customer service has not been helpful and they are slow.
Suggested solution:
Give me my points back or a refund for one sandwich.
