My complaint:
Ordered a meal online then called in to ask if something could be added to a sandwich after asking for the addition I very nicely told the gentleman that I would be seeing him in a few minutes and he very rudely stated oh thanks for the warning not only was it unnecessary for the statement but I did nothing to deserve that kind of attitude from that person after when I went in to pick up the food I could tell exactly who it was that made the statement.If the obese guy with the red hair is unhappy with his job maybe he needs to find another one because he looks absolutely miserable and did not have a smile for anyone!!!!
Suggested solution:
Maybe they need to hire people that actually do like working there. Personally I love the roast beef sandwiches and that's why I went there on top of everything else the other sandwich that I ordered was neither toasted nor steamed which they are supposed to do to all the sandwiches that they serve. Cold bacon doesn't cut it
