My complaint:
I had a Fedex shipment requiring a signature today, and was specifically home and ready for the delivery. After the scheduled time passed (btwn 8:30am and 2:30pm) I went and checked the tracking info, where it said a delivery attempt was made at 9:56am. The doorbell never rang, and no doortag was left which leads me to believe the delivery attempt was never made. My husband was in front of the house right around this time doing some yardwork and never saw a truck. I called their customer service number and was told another attempt would be made today, and that the local station would call me. Still no delivery attempt and no call, and no further update on the package tracking information other than an attempt will be made tomorrow.
Suggested solution:
an actual delivery needs to happen...at this point sometime early in the day tomorrow. a callback from fedex acknowledging their error would be appreciated.
