My complaint:
Have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but no one was here to sign for it so they rescheduled the delivery. Well here it is the Friday a week later and the package is not delivered the driver claimed he knocked on the back door but he couldn’t have because my roommate was sitting outside by the backdoor with a friend’s dog and the dog would have kept him from coming in the back door. Here’s the biggest thing I had signed the door tag and put it on the front door and put that in the delivery instructions. They refuse to redeliver and it’s costing me money because it’s an item I have to have in order to have my devices working Told me I could pick the package up in another town or wait no other option even though it was clearly FedEx’s failure to keep their end of the contract
Suggested solution:
Deliver the package today and reimburse me for the money it is costing me
