As with the human family today, we all are experiencing hardships due to inflation, higher interest rates, the increase in cost for food, goods and service.
It is a sacrifice to purchase items, pay for shipping and trust that the package will be handled with care and received.
I am displeased with services rendered by Fed Ex. Tracking Number

The delivery driver updated the status: package left at front door. This is false: the picture uploaded by the driver supports it was left on the floor in a hallway.
In addition, the pictures I provided of my door and hallway support the package was not delivered to a door, it was left on the floor in a hallway.
There is a big variation in the brick color and structure of my development, and the picture the delivery driver posted.
The package was placed in the entrance of a hallway, substantiating that it was not delivered to a door, and that my package was not delivered to the correct address, building and location as requested.
I have been faithful, yet I am being denied a claim by Fed Ex and the store: Saks Off 5th.
I will continue to broadcast this claim to deter others from experiencing the non-care rendered by FED EX services. Thank you.
