My complaint:
A certain driver always leaves my packages outside of my complex building and doesn’t even ring my bell, my neighbor, yet again had to bring all three heavy packages to me: before someone took them. I’ve complained about this at least four-five times before and was told that they’re supposed to bring it to the door-apartment door. That leaving them out like that is for houses, not complexes: and guaranteed me that it won’t happen again: the last time the package left outside was a $1,000 item, this one is $600.
I had one a few years back to where they delivered it to the wrong address; building 6, I was in 2-nowhere near one another, and the person tried hiding it, it was a $70 paper shredder (was sent in it’s own box). I plan on contacting the BBB about this, it’s not a threat, I want you to know how serious this is, there are a lot of elderly here that are tired of this happening to them too, like me, they cannot lift heavy things, some walk with cane, walker.
I take no pleasure in any of this, it’s not a threat, this is a consumer fed up with poor service yet again.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate a phone call from higher management acknowledging the problem and reassuring it\'s correction, nothing was lost, due to neighbor acting quickly and nice, I was able to receive them. I do however have one more item from this order tracking number: 61299998251030110177. I would appreciate this getting to my apartment door, not door to building.
OVERALL: WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE OUR PACKAGES MAKING IT TO OUR APARTMENT DOORS
