My complaint:
My package was delivered 25 minutes from my address. Not even the right road. It was a 50 minute trip for me to pick up my package. Not even a close delivery. Thank goodness the person it was delivered to found my phone number and called to let me know about my package. Just a random person I had never heard of before.
Suggested solution:
Talk with the delivery person about delivering to the correct place. Learn the area and at least get close.
And how are they supposed to talk to the driver when he NEVER comes to their house–not even to deliver the packages addressed to them?
