My complaint:

I have been trying to contact a customer service person because my package has been sitting at a local FedEx facility for almost 3 days now. I wanted to see if I can go get it because I need it by tomorrow. I tried the customer service number but could only get an automated response telling me essentially that there is no delivery and I cannot talk to a person. Ridiculous!

Suggested solution:

Call me back and tell me where I can go pick up the package today.
