My complaint:
We been plagued with horrible service from our FedEx driver. Local delivery manager tells me he cannot fire him because he has no one to replace him. We have been experiencing open packages, damaged packages, missing packages, packages delivered halfway up driveway, bottom of driveway, in mailbox and at base of mailbox. Last time driver spun his tires halfway up driveway while accelerating hard. This is totally unacceptable. We made several complaints!
Suggested solution:
Deliver packages properly...what we pay for!
