My complaint:
Our carrier is consistently showing up 8:30 PM or later on every single Delivery, even though it is scheduled to be delivered between 11AM and 3 PM. And after he finally gets back in his truck to leave. If my dogs go out to there fenced in area. He stops gets out and goes to talk to them and look around. This is unacceptable. I told him he is no longer allowed to deliver to the porch and he can leave it in the box out front by the mail box.
The late delivery needs to be corrected.
Suggested solution:
Get someone with a work ethic.
