My complaint:

Hello my name is Angela Martin I travel to Charleston South Carolina which is 5 hours away from my home for vacation we went to the Tanger Outlet and I got to the cash register and I told the lady I took two boxes up there and I told the lady which you I wanted she got the seven and a half for me I got home which is 5 hours away and it was two different shoes in a box I called the customer service and they said the only way I can return it if to take it to a FedEx or either take it to a UPS and pay or either go back down and exchange them she expect me to go back down and change them five hours away I told her we live in a small town we don’t have a FedEx and all that she said I can do UPS and pay for it but I don’t figure I have to pay for something that was not my mistake and she’s going to say her name is Mary Ellen at the customer service didn’t you check it yourself I am a customer you would not talk to me like that I told her she didn’t try to resolve it she just try to be smart at one point and she was like hacking I get you to understand how can I get you to understand the cobix out here gas is high I pinch pennies already she did not say well I can just mail you a gift card and you can exchange those shoes later of your choice or I’m sorry it happened the first lady that was on the phone she was real nice but the supervisor Maryellen I don’t even see how she hold a job with her attitude just because that’s the way you say you supposed to try to make the customer happy and try to do what’s best for the customer she didn’t try to do she was like well you should have checked no I should have checked when I go to a shoe store they usually check the size and everything the girl never check we was getting ready to hit the road to come back so I just grabbed the bag and laughed and when I got home it was the wrong shoe that’s not my fault so something needs to be done I was trying to purchase the Blowfish shoes it coffee cream with elastic across the item the item number was 303425 then the other number on the box was for 457461085051 and it’s called marble cream coffee Blowfish by Miley and it was a seven and I was very because shop at Famous Footwear different places and I never and do it a customer service on the phone like she was I am a reward member I was tired and I was raised that the customer is always right you might not feel like they’re right but don’t get smart with them and I choose not to go online and Bash the company cuz I think it’s a good company but I felt I was treated very disrespectful first disrespectful as a customer and disrespectful because I use my hard-earned money to support your company and my heart on money help pay for her to stay and keep her job

Suggested solution:

I really don't know cuz I don't want to be disrespectful to your company cuz it's a good company but yes I'm not going to just leave those shoes the money might not be much but it's something I work hard for I don't care if it's nothing but $5 it was my money spent and being treated disrespectful what do you think would solve the problem cuz I have two different shoes and yes I could try to find a place that's close by to exchange them but it's not I'm not sure that they would have those shoes and she got me so upset that I just told her just put it in my PO Box mail me a return receipt cuz she said I can't get any shoes until I return those shoes it's not my fault that's necessary just send me some free shoes the same size or both of them I don't care and then when she email me the receipt I still don't have to go out of my way to driving trying to find a FedEx so it really defeating the purpose I'm spending more money out than anything that I don't have so your company decide how you can handle it my PO Box is 782 Hartwell Georgia 30643 my phone number is 706-371-5271
