My complaint:
I bought sneakers for my daughter to wear for her gym days at school. She has worn them 6 times and they are falling apart. I called famous footwear to get a refund and order her new shoes but they are refusing to take the shoes back and are saying I have had them for 6 weeks (which I have) so they will not do anything. I explained to 2 people that yes I have had them for this amount of time but she only wore them on the days she has gym. They refused to let me exchange or return the shoes. The customer service rep was Jasmine and her supervisor was Natasha. After waiting 35 minutes they would not help me resolve this situation.
Suggested solution:
Give me a creditrefund for the shoes so I can order her new ones
