My complaint:
Went into the store to get my son a pair of slides and was subjected to accusations of stealing. No one even asked if I needed help. I’m assuming it was the manager that spoke to me and my daughter, but still didn’t ask if we needed help with anything. The lady who stood in the back when we walked in was on her phone and didn’t ask if we needed help. We proceeded to try and find my son a pair of slides, we walked over the men’s section to look at the slides. The manager was at the counter helping a woman and her 2 children find giblets. I found a pair of slides and took them to the counter to be checked out, I couldn’t wait that long, so we sat the slides and down and walked out of the store, until the same guard that walked in to talk to the lady that was on her phone when we first walked into the store, harassed us on the way out. The guard asked if he could check my bag, when I asked why and where that come from, the guard stated the lady who was on her phone, told him that we were stealing! The audacity of that lady to make an accusation that we were stealing and we didn’t get any help while shopping!! This happened on 03012023!
Suggested solution:
They need to fire that lady making a false accusation!! They didn't help us, they didn't even ask if we needed help! The lady was texting and flirting with the guard that the whole time!
