My complaint:
I tried to pay $29.00 by phone on the15th and 16th of April by phone and physically went to Famous Footware in Prescott, but your systems were down. I made a payment on Monday the 17th of April 2023. I called and talked to a man on April 17th, 2023 and my take away from the conversation was that he refunded the $29.00 late fee and gave me $15.00 credit for the hassle. When in fact I only got refunded $15.00 of the $29.00. I shouldn’t have got any late fee. I should not of been penalized for your system being down!
I also made a payment of $35.00 today May 16th 2023.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my late fee for April.
